I've got a renewal reminder from Network Solutions today telling me that my domain name has expired, which is not true as I have paid my registration a few weeks ago.

A 24h support line ? WOW! Let's give them a call. It has been a while since the last time I was put on hold for an hour. I think I am ready to go through those annoying voice prompts one more time.

To my surprise in a matter of seconds I've got a lady on the phone who was able to help me out. (I doubt I'd have the same luck at 5PM, though)
